About Us
we started in 1998 as a pure gastronomy company and have developed steadily until now. over the years we have built up our network and used them to become active in various fields.
Starting Gastronomy Business
During our studies we opened a student café and did the catering for the university of economics in Nürnberg. During this time we made many contacts that are still useful to us today.
Starting Event Management
After a few years we founded an event agency as a second mainstay and organized various public and private events in different locations in Nürnberg, Frankfurt and Berlin and made various cooperations with clubs.
Between 2003 and 2011, we opened or participated in various gastronomic operations.
Our network continued to grow.
Foundation Soft Sell GmbH
We launched our third business area, Soft Sell GmbH, in the field of telemarketing in 2011. We worked at the beginning as a service provider and call center for various telecommunications provider in the area of cold calling and customer care. This new segment opened up completely new business contacts and networks for us.
Foundation vertacross GmbH
In 2012 we decided to unite our core business gastronomy under the umbrella of vertacross GmbH which operates the gastronomic properties at its locations. Since 2018 we operate our unique and beautiful event location Bootshaus Nürnberg with it.At our company, we believe in thinking outside the box to provide innovative solutions for our clients.
